The 10th International Hydrogeological Congress, focused on the groundwater depended ecosystems, will be held in Thessaloniki, Greece, October 8-10, 2014.

It is hosted by the Hellenic Committee of Hydrogeology, in collaboration with the Association of Geologists and Mining Engineers of Cyprus. The members of the Hellenic Committee of Hydrogeology are also members of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH) and the Geological Society of Greece.

The Congress is aimed at scientists, researchers, students, governmental officials and specialists dealing with groundwater and environment. Its main objective is the exchange of ideas and experience, as well as the dissemination of knowledge regarding the sustainability of aquatic systems depended on groundwater.

 

LANGUAGE

The official languages of the Congress are Greek and English, with simultaneous translation
